Who we are A team of experienced, enthusiastic professionals acting in the fields of Consulting, Design, Project Management and Construction.
An offspring – evolution of the Architecture Studio Tessera founded in 1989, tsimpos & associates was established 2007 by Theodosis Tsimpos – one of Tessera’s four original founders – keeping the majority of staff and continuing the long cooperation with a well-established network of consulting engineers, suppliers and clients.
We have successfully delivered more than 285.000sqm of retail, commercial, residential and renovation projects in Greece. Always seeking new challenges, since 2010 the company also expanded its activities to Australia and New Zealand under the name tsimpos aus, coordinating the expansion of Inditex in the continent, where 26 stores are already operating.
What we do Evolving over the past 30 years, our scope of works has broadened from Architectural and Interior Design to Architectural Consulting, Project Management and actual Construction itself. It is the deep understanding and extended experience in each of these components of Architecture’s vast field of application in combination with our dedication, flexibility, reliability and uncompromising persistence in quality that have earned us our reputation as experts for an holistic approach to every project.
Our wide network of associated practices covering the complete territory of Greece and Australia / New Zealand, the use of cutting edge technology and our ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditations in conjunction with our client’s specific operating schemes, specialize us in large scale retail and commercial developments making us the ideal one-stop partner for any major project or rollout.
What we believe In Architecture being the womb for all activities related to Construction and thus in the necessity and advantage of combining them all in one practice to achieve optimum results. Combining the Consultant, Designer, Project Manager and Builder in one entity ensures budget security, program compliance and quality outcome for our clients.
